PAUL DE JONG ist bekannt als Mitbegründer und Cellist des beliebten, leider nicht mehr aktiven Collage Pop Duos THE BOOKS.

Fünf Jahre, nachdem diese Band ihr letztes Album ,The Way Out" unter dem Lob der Kritiker veröffentlichte, legt DE JONG sein erstes Soloalbum vor.

,If" sieht die frühen Alben von THE BOOKS (besonders ,The Lemon Of Pink") als Anfangspunkt und führt die Begeisterung in himmlische Höhen.
