The Offenders were formed in 1978 in Killeen, Texas, relocated to Austin in 1980 and became known worldwide as one of the premiere hardcore bands from Texas.

Alongside their peers: D.R.I., M.D.C. the Offenders completely ruled the 80s HC scene during the infamous Reagan-era.
