First time 7" reissue of this mega-rare Bobby Marin produced Latin funk gem. `Together People (Pamoja Watu)' sounds like a cross between James Brown's `It's A New Day' and Manu Dibango's `Soul Makossa', while 'It's Your Thing' is a heavy Latin funk instrumental version of the Isley Brothers classic, featuring screaming Hammond organ.

Both are DJ favorites and the original 45 fetches large sums, if you can find a copy.
