*black vinyl* LHD are a three-piece band from Sisak, formed of Lada on bass, Dinko on guitar and Hrvoje on drums (members of ex-The Bambi Molesters and The Strange).

Taking influence from '60 soul, garage, psychedelic rock, exotica & surf, this innovative trio brings forth cool and inspiring new sound.

In 2019 they released a double A-sided 7" single Boiling Water, Dreamy Girl / This Caramel Should Cover the Earth, and in 2020 another 7" single titled Green Voodoo / Blue Umbrella.

Their new album, O_ the Grid, released on May 21st 2022 by Dirty Old Label / Red Drum follows the creative path of the 7'' singles and features 10 songs that expand across genres.

It was recorded at Sunday Studios, tastefully produced by Sven Pavlovic, and mastered at Green Hill Studio.

The cover was beautifully done by Darko Kujundzic and the atmospheric band photos were taken by Kresimir Nilic.

Two songs feature guest appearances by Arimati Jutila of the cult Finnish garage band The Flaming Sideburns and Nacho Rompatodo of the Argentinian surf attraction Los Freneticos.

The warm Magnatone tube amp sound and the underlying tight rhythm section create a fluid atmosphere that opposes the everyday deafening verbal noise.

The trio's music provides listeners with a perfect soundtrack for their own real or virtual travel, creating themes to imaginary cinematic dreamworlds.
