Mister CHILDISH and Mister MING have been writing poetry, playing music and painting pictures together since 1979 when they formed PHYROID PRESS.

Their work together is influenced by the early DaDaists, EDWARD LEAR, CAPTAIN BEEFHEART and the literature of the absurd.

Their material is described as an authentic output of creative play which reminds of PETER COOK and DUDLEY MOORE.
