VISION OF DISORDER
VISION OF DISORDER / IMPRINT (DISSONANCE)
Formed in Long Island, New York, in 1992, Vision of Disorder blended hardcore stylings with the emerging metalcore scene of the time, to create a unique sound that earned widespread praise.
After the release of the self-titled debut, the band toured on the Ozzfest of 1997. The song 'D.T.O.' was later covered by metalcore legends Eighteen Visions on their album '1996'.
Follow up 'Imprint' featured Pantera vocalist Phil Anselmo on the track 'By the River', but although the album was critically acclaimed the band struggled to capitalize.
After leaving Roadrunner, the band continued recording and touring intermittently and released their last record 'Razed to the Ground' in 2015.
This release features exclusive liner notes from respected writer Darren Sadler who conducted a new in-depth interview with vocalist Tim Williams especially for this release.
