Nubian Rose, the melodic rock sensation of the early 2010s, is back after a long break with their new album, AMEN.

On it, Nubian Rose show a more progressive side of the band, but not without their trademarks: strong melodies, great hooks, powerful guitars and the power voice of Sofia Lilja.

The story of Nubian Rose began in 2012 with the release of their debut album "Mountain".

With virtually no notice, the album spread like wildfire in the world of melodic rock and soon they were receiving rave reviews in some of the biggest rock publications in the world, such as Classic Rock Magazine, Burrn!!! with excellent reviews.

When writing AMEN, Christer and Sofia wanted to challenge themselves and take Nubian Rose to new shores.

They broke free from all outward obligations and expectationsexpectations in order to fully realize their artistic potential.For the production, they chose Pedro Ferreira and his SpinRoad studios outside Gothenburg, Sweden.

The perfect place for the huge analog sound they were looking for. The list of inspirations for AMEN is long and varied and ranges from Judas Priest, Rainbow and Cheap Trick to David Bowie, John Carpenter, Dalbello, Stevie Nicks and the great album "The Wanderer" by Donna Summer.

AMEN is packed with vintage analog synthesizers and stripped-down guitars. Some songs manage without any traditional song structures at all.

An almost 10-minute-long masterpiece is represented as well as classic rock songs.
