The German-Brazilian artist Gloria Endres de Oliveira, who is also active as a filmmaker and actress (credits include "Babylon Berlin", "Counterpart", "Strawberry Bubblegums" and most currently Christian Petzolds "Undine" (Berlinale 2020), has been working on the realization of her musical vision since sometime.

First in collaboration with spampoets in duo Lovespells, since 2019 as solo artist GLORIA DE OLIVEIRA.

After live appearances at events such as Further Festival and c/o pop, she released the two EPs "La Rose De Fer" and "Lèvres De Sang" on her own label La Double Vie in the second half of 2019.

Mixed at Hamburg's iconic Cloud Hills Recordings studio, they define Gloria de Oliveira's bewitching sound spectrum situated somewhere between Dreamwave, Ethereal and synth-infused Goth Pop.

The intimate yet cinematic atmosphere of her songs is supported by corresponding visuals in the form of her mostly self-directed music videos.

Just as all of Oliveiras releases take on titles of movies by French director Jean Rollin, these video works pay tribute to his playful and poetic films fantastique.

In March 2020 the compilation "Fascination" (French "fa·si·na·syon") sees the light of day via Cologne label Reptile Music, released as Digital Album, and for the first time on CD and Vinyl, too.

The LP will include all 10 original songs of the two previous EPs, remastered and recombined; the Digital as well as CD-Version includes seven additional remixes by artists such as Gudrun Gut (see also Malaria, Monika Enterprises, Gut & Irmler, ...) Box And The Twins, Fragrance., Tellavision and The Wide Eye.

Also in March, she will be supporting the US duo Tempers for five concerts on their upcoming tour through Germany.

The video clip for her pre-release single "The Only Witness", which was elaborately produced by the German director Julia Ritschel, already offers a fascinating insight into Gloria de Oliveira's enchanting art and sound universe.
