Olesen-Olesen was a Danish independent/guitar folk/pop band, consisting of the brothers Peter H. and Henrik Olesen.
As a duo the they started recording as Skizo Kids before forming the band Greene. After Greene they formed Olesen-Olesen.
WWR release the first ever vinyl versions of the best Olesen-Olesen albums. Following are the words of Henrik Olesen, when he describes the memories of their debut album Indenlands Udenbys from 1997.
An album that is considered by many as one of Olesen-Olesen's best, now finally released on vinyl for the first time: "In late summer 1996, Peter and I take the regional train towards Kalundborg.
We get off in Svebolle (don't go over the track that comes by train), and here we are picked up by producer Kim Hyttel.
Kim has just produced what turns out to be Greene's last album Minor Sun. In Svebolle we record new music over the next few days." 200 units of sealed black vinyl, with padded inner and inner with lyrics - 140g pressed at Pallas.
